First Public Meetings for PuebloPlex PCAPP Redevelopment Plan Scheduled

June 8, 2025

PuebloPlex invites residents, business owners, and regional stakeholders to attend the first round of public meetings for the PuebloPlex Pueblo Chemical Agent-Destruction Pilot Plant (PCAPP) Redevelopment Plan – Where Innovation Finds Space.

This transformative planning effort will determine how this legacy site of the former Pueblo Chemical Depot can support regional growth, innovation, and opportunity to become a cornerstone of Pueblo’s innovation-driven future.

At the meetings, PuebloPlex and its consulting team, HR Green, will present an overview of the planning process, share early insights, and offer hands-on opportunities for public input. Attendees can provide feedback on land use, infrastructure, and the region’s economic future. The project’s tagline, “PuebloPlex – Where Innovation Finds Space,” reflects the effort to reimagine and repurpose this legacy site for high-value, high-opportunity reuse.

Community input will help shape how the site is reused to benefit the Pueblo region for generations to come. This planning effort is guided by community input and regional collaboration. Feedback will help shape the plan’s direction, priorities, and momentum. All are welcome!
