Project Updates

The PuebloPlex Redevelopment Plan is moving forward with the goal of transforming the former Pueblo Chemical Depot into a vibrant center for economic development and community opportunity. As part of this effort, two public meetings were held on August 12 and August 14, 2025, providing residents and stakeholders with a platform to contribute ideas and feedback that will help shape the site's future.

Each meeting included two key activities:

• An overview presentation highlighting PuebloPlex’s history, the newly added PCAPP parcel, and findings from the Existing Conditions Assessment.
• A community vision mapping exercise, where participants identified preferred land uses, amenities, and development priorities directly on large-format maps of the site.

These activities generated valuable insights that are being integrated into redevelopment alternatives and long-term planning for PuebloPlex.
